The wheels are finally coming off the bus for those bastards! Pencil Neck Schiff is sitting on released and cleared documents that show that he knew the whole Russian thing was baloney from day one. He doesn't want them out for people to see. He is totally discredited and doesn't like it. Lurch Muller knew also when he took the case that there was no case. Another worthless lying phony, two bit ex lawman. He should have dumped it the minute he saw it, but because of his bromance with Comey he took it. All worthless phonies!

Curious, why did Trump fire him and why did Flynn plead guilty? I find it odd an innocent man would plead guilty. I guess stranger things have happened.....

That's the point of a perjury trap... Forces someone into a corner and makes it seem like a guilty plea is the best, and possibly only, option.

He pleaded guilty to protect his son from going thru the same scam, a perjury trap. They threatened him with that among other things. They did the same thing to KT McFarland who didn't bite, but they didn't have anything over her like they did Flynn, his son.
Trump fired him for supposedly lying to Pence based on the lies told by Comey and the boys. Don't forget all this happened long before the whole collusion story got going and before Lurch and the boys decided to go for the Russian collusion hoax. The whole thing was an attempted coup run by the FBI and DOJ of the Obama administration, for one reason and one reason only. Hillary lost!

Reportedly Flynn lied to the Vice President(think about the conversation with the Russian??) and resulted in Pres. Trump forced to fire him. The FBI was going to involve Flynn's son and bring into the legal "rangling" also, so "DAD" felt he was helping his son escape the noose so to speak. I believe all of the nitty gritty details will be exposed sometime before the Nov. election or should anyway. Those that attempted to overthrow a duly elected President should be held on very serious felonious charges and yes, convicted. There is no shortage of evidence to do so.

And all based supposedly on an, as Pencil Neck Schiff calls it, "illicit conversation" with a Russian Ambassador! As if talking to an Ambassador would not be appropriate for an incoming White House official!
Worst of all is that Schiff and Nadler the Hutt are still out there saying what they said 2 years ago, RUSSIAN COLLUSION!!
They are still sticking to a now completely destroyed story. They're dumber than I thought, and that's saying something!

Not happening. The three intercepted conversions that the NSA apparently captured regarding whatever the Russian Ambassador and General Flynn were discussing in late 2016 that reportedly involved the issue of sanctions against Russia and the incoming Trump administration - will likely remained highly classified for two or three more decades. (General Flynn reportedly told the FBI he “did not recall” discussing Russian sanctions with their Ambassador during that time. That might be true, but only the recording/ transcripts would reveal the truth, which 3 or 4 senior FBI counter-intel guys must know, but again, its certainly all highly classified and will likely remain so for decades).

So, we plebeians will not know what was said between those two elite men in positions of power, or the subsequent interceptions of Russians discussing whatever the content was of those conversations that raised the initial flags within the NSA/FBI/DOJ. Yep, I am sure those transcripts will remain classified for quite some time. Why? Well, it would reveal too much about NSA's sources and methods re SIGINT interceptions, regardless of the content itself. I think this will remain a mystery for a couple of decades into the future... My 2cts.

Thanks from seagiant

Maybe, maybe not. The fact that FBI even had the transcripts or recordings is evidence that they had already escaped any restrictions of classifications. FBI were not entitled to those phone calls, but they were given by some snake in the IC, probably either Brennan or Clapper. The suggestion that Flynn and Kislyak discussed either the Obama sanctions or the coming UN vote- the major details claimed in the highly illegal leak to tabloid-level reporter David Ignatius- remains wholly unproven. Yet this was the foundation for the second stage of the Flynn persecution, perpetrated by the Comey/McCabe/Strzok cabal after the main Crossfire Razor effort found literally zero derogatory information on Flynn. Documents to close the case were drawn up, effectively ending it, nearly three weeks before the infamous, staged and illegal interview of Flynn.

So, with Durham said to have the goods on who leaked the Flynn/Kislyak phone calls to Ignatius, and the fact that FBI was given the product illegally, I would not be surprised if a large portion of those calls becomes declassified. Regardless, it is on the record that the two agents (Strzok and Pientka) found Flynn to be telling the truth in the interview. Comey even testified to that fact before Congress a couple of years back. So the only way to make a case of it was to leak information that made claims of a lie that no one believed had happened. The handwritten Priestap notes (now public) show intent for a perjury trap and a threat of Logan charges, giving them two ways to try to get him fired, if not prosecuted. Yet there was no material investigation to justify the interview in the first place, so nothing Flynn said- true or false- could meet the statutory bar for lying to a federal agent. The whole thing is a fraud, and it is very possible Flynn didn't lie to the VP Pence either, but that this was staged to accomplish his firing. The whole thing stinks.

Two major credibility issues here. First, if you haven't seen it, look at the now-released justification for adding Flynn to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation back in August of 2016: https://twitter.com/JohnWHuber/statu...-new-docs-show

Next, look at Rosenstein's now released "scope" memo that allowed Mueller to go on the fishing expedition of a lifetime. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/rea...-mueller-probe

The Onion couldn't come up with a more absurd standard.

Those responsible need to be indicted, prosecuted, and imprisoned no matter how high up the food chain it goes. The punishment should be so draconian as to actually deter anyone/group from ever attempting this again. What Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, Schumer, the media, and many others did was perpetuate a fraud on the country and was at the very least seditious if not outright treason.

There should be no exceptions due to positions currently or previously held. There's an old saying in the military in that you can have a hundred attaboy's but on AWCHIT wipes the slate clean. Sadly, corruption is rampant in the government and has been for decades so I'm not too sure just how far Barr/Durham can go, but we can hope!!!.

Unfortunately, I don't believe anything will happen to the guilty parties. And even if it does, I don't believe it will be sufficient to stop the subversion of our freedom in this country, which is already well down the path of no return. If anything can reverse this, it will have to be much more than a few show trials.

As for various items, facts, etc. being considered "top secret" that heading can be reversed by the President. In case no one has noticed last couple days, the anger of D. J. Trump, President has heightened to a new level and in order to prevent any future miscarriages of justice or any attempt to overthrow the Government in the future by the losing political party(read Democrats) the President can and will take any steps he feels necessary to prevent such crimes. The surface has only just been scratched on this issue and rest assured there are lots of very nervous politicians in Washington DC and upon the House returning to DC next week the questioning will be rampant. Yes, some will resign, but that will not stop the eventual prosecution of the offenders. No question the constant attacking of the President and America itself has been damaging but I firmly believe we as a Nation can absorb those punches to the gut and come back even stronger than ever before and defeat any one or thing trying to take us down, it simply "aint gonna happen!"
