The Socom used to be the unloved child so to speak but in the last few years is getting the credit it deserves as a very useful short rifle capable out to most shooters ability. I agree with you about it being a great rifle.

Nice gun and gorgeous shooting spot! Is that a public range? Does Hawaii allow people to shoot on public land (if it exists)?
