Modern rifle chassis question here

I have a question for those than know.
I would like to start saving up and collecting parts for my last? M1A rifle here...
My question here is between the Blackfeather RS and a Sage M14ACLS/CVFS...
Anyone have any thoughts? Both will use a Magpul stock to be legal here in CA.
Pro's and con's of each?

Jeff,

You really need to talk to Tony on this one. He has used/has both the Blackfeather and Sage stocks. Both have advantages and disadvantages.

I like my Sage and would go that route. It shoots very well.

Hope this helps...

Wes

Thanks Wes I just sent him some money to order me a Bula trigger frame to replace my Shooting Sight trigger group into on my JAE Dot gun as I used the one he first did for me on my Jeep Gun and it is a much better feeling trigger!
*BOTH use the Shooting Sight speed hammers and adj triggers

Iíve had both the sage and the black feather. I prefer the black feather. Itíll come down to personal preference. I feel like the BF keeps a more traditional look of the M1a. The sage makes it pretty square and whatnot.

Not sure. Not shot my BF yet. Iím sure itíll be on par with sage. Thereís other variables that would effect accuracy.

Kevin Young has experience with both as well. Smith Enterprises is currently doing builds using black feather as well.
