I'm good at keeping a straight face about my acquisitions around my home. (Used to be "all my acquisitions", until I saw Art's group.) Plus all the rifles look alike to my wife, and even with that said, she knows... We've been married 38 years this Friday.

Thanks from nf1e

54 years for us in August. Must be doing something right, or completely wrong. Whatever works, stick with it.

Once upon a time in the 70s I had a '51 Harley Hydro-glide that she allowed me to bring into our bedroom through a sliding door and keep it there so I could start it to drive to work in the Wintertime. Since then no problems with my hobbies.

That CT river soil is pretty rich. Good for cigar wrapping tobacco, so why not these?

Semper Fi!

This is super cruel of you to brandish all them beautiful M14s!
I can't believe what I am seeing. Which one is your favorite?
Wrong question, which one do you sleep with?

Thanks from nf1e

Holy cow! That's a genius! My wife made me get rid of my '85 Police Special Solo Harley after I had a close call, in a down pour. Well, at least show let me do my collection thing. But your lady is an angel. Maybe the reason why you are going to live to be 120 years of age! Keep collecting and building them beauties! Let me know when you are going to do a fire sale!

Thanks from nf1e

Recent harvests have been exceptional.

All those butt plates look like a bunch of mini Darth Vaders on ski boards!!

I like the rifle by itself on the left. It has the respect to stay off the carpet and furniture, probably because its feet are dirty. Maybe, from a trip to northern Ohio.

Art doesn't. 99.9% of us adhere to it.

Even though 99.9% of us are LAC's- still doesn't hurt for a reminder.

Now I have to go install the faraday cage in my doomsday bunker.
Trust me, the last thing I would ever insinuate is anyone here to do anything illegal. I was referring to being able to have that kind of collection and not have my better half hang me up and skin me.

I know, I was just saying for our friends in the Utah Data Center, they need not get excited.

Besides, I want to do a Livingston '71 Cuda paint job on an M14.

Livingston had a car that was striped so that it had one bar of each of Mopar's colors available, even the special order ones.

It was Chrysler's cheater car. Anything they wanted tested because the Ebody chassis wasn't quite right on the E-body, they tested on those cars.

His orange one is almost Hemi orange. His lime one is sublime.

If this crap would just subside to where I would not feel I'm endangering my folks, I could order the two receivers I want from Fulton and do my last two.

Thanks from Seventh Fleet and nf1e
