It has a contract number, so it should be the original wrapping. Repacks don't have contract numbers.

It is the original manufacturer packaging for a replacement flash suppressor. As I recall, these particular flash suppressors exhibit a lot of machining marks.

From first look does not look to terrible, maybe I should skip wiping it down!

Nevermind, once I blew up the pics I can see some detail. If ever needed it should still work as designed.

and for an update, yes once cleaned this FH is surely not going to win any beauty contest. Function wise it should be fine. I have seen ones like these circulating on GB for a couple bills (these not obtained from GB). If you want decent looking spend a bit more and buy in the can.
