I got this warning from a friend of mine who is an officer in a gun club in Mississippi. He has sent out warnings like this before, but this was the most graphic. I pass this along for what it may be worth.

I know we have discussed this before but there may be new members on the list that have not heard this before. Korean .30-06 M2 Ball ammo should be considered unsafe to fire. This is a photo of one of eight M1 AND 1903 RIFLES THAT I know HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY SHOOTING kOREAN AMMO.
At our range in McComb, MS, we do not allow shooters to use the Korean made ball ammo in their rifles. All headstamps have been the offenders. PS, TK, TE.
Other types that have a problem:
1. Kynoch 1960 .30 ball
2. French 1950's marked .30 M2 Ball
3. Korean 7.62 NATO
