A recent (Nov. 2011) edict from the USMC Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning asks, no, strike that: requires, Marines in country to not spit or urinate in the direction of, you guessed it: Mecca! Our in-country military representatives of Truth, Freedom and The American Way don't want to be culturally insensitive, now do they?

Edicts like that just ensure that everyone will go out of their way to spit and piss in the direction of Mecca. Good job brass!
