    Hey man,
I just wanted to send you a quick post and tell you that the surefire scout or mini-scout are really good weaponlights as long as you dont mind paying for them. You can make up your own mind on whether or not to listen to all the armchair commandos who are saying its stupid or impractical to have one on your m14. If you go to my profile page on here, you can look at my photo album and see the scout on mine.

Take your M1A, Garand, or whatever you have and get yourself to an Appleseed Project weekend. Learn how to shoot with iron sights out to 500 yards. Learn how to properly use a sling in the standing, sitting , and prone positions. Learn the story of Lexington and Concord. Learn what you didn't learn in school. Women, 21 and under, police, military, and office holders shoot for 10 bucks a day. Everyone else 35 bucks a day. You will go through almost 400 rounds. Most people use .22 Ruger 10/22 or Marlin 795's to save money. First rate training for a pittance. Great for families. Check out their website.
