    Hi Mark,
    How are you tonight?
Would like to take advantage of your expertise again, hope I am not a pain in the butt.
I have sold almost all my M1A/M14 stuff and am down to my best 13 Magazines all in single cell USMC pouches. 6 OM, 5 BRW SI, One KMT, & One HR-R.
I would just as soon sell them all together in a lot. I can fit all 13 very nicely in a medium size priority mailing Box. How Much do you think I should ask for the lot? Or each and how can I try to sell them all together. I know many will want to cherry pick and wouldn't mind that for my friends. But don't care to be shipping one mag to a bunch of people. Open to any suggestions. The last items I have are Sealed Two double Mag boxes from Apr. 1968 & Jan. 1970. This PM is too long so will follow up with photos.
    Best Regards
    Jake

Davis, you get any info from anyone concerning the SS tumbling you posted about? I got my SS media from a fellow on snipershide who it turns out was a member at my club. Crazy. Well i found a thumblers tumbler on craigslist for $90 new in box old stock. The media was $45 to my door. add in lemshine from wal mart and dawn dish soap. NO we are not going to use dawn dish soap. it attacks grease and oil and ruins the tumbler. Use wisk laundry detergent. Non sudsing. The dawn has ruined quite a few tumblers from what i read.Okay need a seperator from midway Frankford arsenal brand and a 5 gallon bucket and you are all set. Hope this helps. Tumble 4 hrs btw and pull out and rinse when done. Cant let them set they crud up the brass. I think the acid in lemshine attacks brass when they sit. Jack

The firing pin does have interference on the protrusion gauge, so Jon was correct.. Have not installed it for testing yet... Art

I saw the Firefly reference and had to comment. Loved the series and the Serenity movie.

    Take care

Davis, I've got new bolt. Marked 7790185 HRT, CA04 underneath. 2 dimples, markings approx. .3cm or 1/8" "tall". Kinda reluctant to sell, might be needing it, won't know til I get my hands on some gauges. Would like to see you keep moving on project. Let me know if you still need one, I'll make a decision. Tom

    Charles,

Talked to my buddy today and were going to the CMP on February 15th (Wednesday). We are probably going to leave on the 14th, stay the night and be there first thing in the morning. I know you said you were interested in going, so I wanted to invite you. Let me know.

I just noticed you added that quote from JB Books to your signature. I came damn close a while back to using that one myself.

Hey, hope it's good. So... not to be an awkward dick, but the character's name in open range is Postlewaite. Sorry, it just has been bugging me as it's a spin-off of my last name (which charlie actually goes by for most of the movie... Waite). Ok sorry, had to get that off my chest.... haha.
