Civilian stock identification help

I'm hoping you guys can help me identify this stock. Its likely from the 80's, appears to be walnut, and it has a serial number in the barrel channel but I don't know who made it. It's thicker in design and I have someone who's interested in it but I don't want to misrepresent it. iIs this a national match stock? Who made it?

It's a medium weight stock, so it could be used for a National Match style rifle.

I believe Shaw stocks had the oval cutout for the bolt stop.

The number in the barrel channel might indicate that it was the 001 stock made on June 4th of 1998. Just a guess.
