Kind of "frankengun" looking but I kind of like it. Did you just bolt through the stock?

Wow, it actually looks well balanced. Nice job! I fully expected some odd looking chop job, but that looks pretty good.

At which point in the tang of the rear of the receiver did you chop off to put in the AR style stock buttstock?

Actually it is a little invention of mine.It is adapter for ar style accessories.I hope much cheaper way to improve M14.

Looks pretty good, it would look great if you blackened the bolt heads and refinished the wood!

Very cool.

In the top pic the grip looks far back of the trigger but the all black rifle's grip is more forward. Is the adapter something you are making from other items or are you fabing from scratch?

I'm wondering if the AR-type LAW folder could be converted to work in much the same way.
