Hi everyone. Will be putting a stock liner in a m14 stock. Question, does the screws have to be torqued to a certain lb, and do you use any form of locklite? Thanks for the input.
The screws have teeth on the edges that lightly grip the wood. I have never seen any with locktite. I actually use CLP on them, so there is no chance of them rusting in place. Just tighten them firmly, slightly compressing the wood under them.
