I have one on my Ruger Gunsite and want one for my M1A.

Now if I could just talk Ray out his beautiful stock..................
Sorry Wiz, that ain't happening ,
it's integral to it being 1 of 278 M1A SportMaster's made, along with their distinctive heel.

Talking What the heck ?

Total blasphemy !
J.C. Garand is now spinning in his grave !
Walnut only on a Garand !

Hey, if you like it great ! It's yours to do what you want with it.

To me it looks way too futuristic but then again I'm old school.

Lets see some targets !!!

Not sure yet... Have been out of town a month working with the Air Force, and am leaving today for another month. UGGHHH! but will be sure to post up a range report when I get back, for I am just as curious to see how it shots in this stock.

It a good looking rifle and you did a great job, but I am old school and enjoy the old walnut stock. But it's your rifle and enjoy!

I've never seen a Blue Sky or Arlington import that didn't need a new barrel and wood. Good Job!

any time somebody does something different with their rifle, I say, "Well, it is YOUR rifle!"

I think it looks great.

Variety is the spice of life. Can't all look the same. And I do like the look of those "winter" laminated stocks.

I prefer walnut on my Garands but that does not look bad and it's not a permanent mod.

Maybe add a nice black M1907 sling?

I guess it would be a sin if it did not shoot well.
