Ok I got a 1903a3 from the CMP about a month ago and have taken it out twice, the first time I was all over the place and getting frustrated (I was shooting at 25 yards too), so I took it out again this week and found out why I was all over the place, the rear sight is loose, once I moved it back after each shot it was shooting good. So my question is, is there any way to keep it from sliding off without doing any machining, or do I need to tap it and put a contact screw through with some Loctite, or just look for a new rear sight? Any help appreciated.
