What made you choose the EMA Tri-Rail over the Mako or the GG&G and where did you find it?

Also, is there a downside to an angled forend grip? Just wondering in the context of the pump action.

That is nice! Is it solid?

Tinman Mako is not as reliable it's kind of like UTG/Leapers. Bagem is putting a lot into this it would be a shame to do the Mako. The Magpul grip, is common for breachers, or at least a stubby forehand grip is. At night your hand always indexes in the same spot. I have to admit I've never seen it done with this Magpul, but it makes sense. Specially with a tri-rail.

The GG&G just gives you a standard 870 pump action with just solid rail attachments. This way he can do what ever he wants now. But GG&G products are high end, made in The USA good stuff.

I like the way you think! Now you have to think small light or that thing is going to be a tank! And if you go pressure pad, you can run it through the rail holes in the bottom to the grip with a little thin slice of velcro to protect it and no wires to be seen.

Very cool, love the 870!

Carters Country in Pasadena, TX

and ecm14 hit it on the head. a forward grip is supposed to be used how this grip works. it just feels good in my hand

here she is

as per my design:

turns out that the AFG from Magpul is not a good idea with 00 mag rounds...bruised my index finger from the recoil

She came out nice where's the extension tube? I thought I saw a picture. How about a stubby Magpul forward grip? Those are commonly used for indexing with TLR lights or any rail light really and in the dark perfect for hand placement every time. It's not needed for the action, but if you like it why not? Good work!

Very nice! What choke did you put on it? I like the dip job thinking of doing mine. I just finished beed blasting everything. Sorry for all the questions, do you like the two point sling on a shotgun? I'm just asking because I've always used single point even in the field. Like other opinions, why, how...

My sling issue is I always have to wear a bunjee cord around my waist because it is used a a secondary weapon. So to transition I could flip it over and lock it to my back, if I was carrying a smaller breacher then it would go back in my neck in my pack.

Sweet job!

Who did the park job?

Bagem Tagem, Absolutely love the green(ish) Parkerizing. Who did you send it to for the job and (if you don’t mind me asking) what did it cost? I’ve got a couple project 870s I’m working on and would love to have one in that color park.

Keep us posted on your build. I am using SGT sights, either Mesa Tactical side saddle w/ rails or Tac Star. Keeping the stock basic for now.
