One of the best feelings in the world is looking at the eyes/face of someone who suddenly realizes what is being taught and knows they are putting it to use and it is improving their shooting.

I already know that feeling. I've been a Law Enforcement Handgun/Shotgun Instructor since 2001. I'm already passing on what i learned at my first Appleseed. I taught the firearms section of a Hunter Ed course Saturday. We take the kids outside to shoot bb guns for a gun safety check. Half the class asked me to teach them the rifle positions I demonstrated in the class. Gave me a big warm fuzzy.
