Iron sights; fast, fun and accurate.

This is a link to an article I penned for the NRA's Shooting Illustrated magazine.

Hope you enjoy it.

Thanks all
Patrick

The article was well written and I wholeheartedly agree with the article. I shoot faster with my iron sights than I do my Aimpoint or Eo-Tech sights. All I have is an Aimpoint now and it spends alot of time in the safe waiting for my vision to get worse.

Thanks Patrick! That's a great article. I finally caught one of your shows on VS the other day and it was great to watch.

Thanks for the inclusion of the M1A in your article too.

Tony.

Great article!

It still amazes me how fast I can get on target accurately with iron sights vs. scoped sites.

Thanks from P.E. Kelley

I'm a fan of the iron sights too, except that the older I get the harder it is to use them. I believe they must be using some sort of fuzzy metal these days.
