Are these USGI parts? Does anyone have any idea when this rifle was manufactured? Thank you in advance.

USGI Harrington & Richardson Arms chromium plated barrel
USGI Textile Machine Works bolt

Federal Ordnance, Inc. M14A serial number 8041 was manufactured in late 1989 or early 1990.

It sucks that you aren't able to edit the OP and keep the list up to date. I am very impressed that you were nearly able to pinpoint the the serial number of the rifle that changed from M14A to M14SA (within 140).
