I watched the video twice and I didn't see anything resembling an iron maiden. Do I need glasses?

Cool

Thanks for the informative and timely post 9th. It has supplied me with a better understanding of the steps and sequence involved in servicing my M14. Aditionally it has given me the confidence to tear into her.
Like they say a picture's worth a thousand words.

Good Post 9th! Saves me from having to explain "how to" to my friend who just bought a new rifle.

P.S. davecampperry: You didn't see the iron madien? I did.

Great Movie with Popcorn

Thank's 9th,

Just what I needed and more.

I'll watch it a few more time's,, but I think that I can FieldStrip my M1A by the Video. More PopCorn Please....

Any Difference in The Norinco,, and the SpringField M1A Standard? As far as FieldStriping Sequence?

Should I FieldStrip My New M1A, before Fireing for the First Time? Or Wait untilst I have gone through so many Rounds?

Thank's Again,
Joe

All standard configuration M14 type rifles field strip the same way.

When ya think ya are pretty confident that you can do it very easily, then it's time to get out the blindfold

That's when ya find out just how well you and your rifle know each other

Ditto, I'm sure I'll have watched this video many times before I even get my hands on my rifle!
