Dave Hamilton at Mike's Gun Shop in beautiful downtown

I've heard that folks from overseas send their rifles to him.

Bill Hollinger is good with Garands, and he is in Bakersfield. I do not know if he works on M14s.

polytech friendly

Can anyone recommend a smith for a bolt conversion in the northeast Nebraska, tri-state area? Every time I think about shipping my rifle , there is a shipping foul up at work that makes me nervous. I believe Tanks rifle shop in Fremont don't do polys.

Yeah....Hook Boutin in Bremen, GA. He's the guy that does all the GA service rifle work on M1A's and M1 Garands. 40+ years experience doing it to and he is cheap as all get out. No loss in quality though and he is an awesome guy at 83. It's worth it just to meet him. He can do anything from barrel installation to steel bedding jobs.

Search for Gerald Boutin in Bremen, GA in whitepages.com and you can find him easily.
