8. Brownells OTIS elite cleaning kit (kind of overkill but I will use it for all my other guns)Get a rod guide, and use it with the Otis cable to keep the cable from rubbing the muzzle.

10. Book (THE M14 COMPLETE ASSEMBLY GUIDE) | 11. 3/8 inch box wrench(or cleaning rod handle) and gas cylinder wrench for removing/replacing gas plug. 12. Buttstock cleaning kit (Handle, Four sections, Jag, Bore brush, Chamber brush, grease pot. sleeve) Necessary in wilderness, and helps to reduce recoil. 13. 'Ballistol' for steel and wood, and Tung oil for wood.
