Polytech receiver markiogs

I have a polytech with the following markings on the left side of the receiver:

M-14S .308
IDE USA SFLD MICH.
POLYTECH CHINA

Serial # 0679X Made in China

I purchased it used about 3 years ago so I can not tell you when it was built or sold.

Hope this helps.

Here's one:

Heel marked Ser # 00151

both KFS and CAI markings on barrel

Here's how the barrel reads:
On the bottom of the barrel starting just in front of the gas plug:

K KFS ATL GA C.A.I.ST. ALB.VT.
MADE IN CHINA

It has an unmarked Poly bolt that is hard chromed and a GI NM flash hider. Everything else seems to be original.

AIRBORNE!
