My New SA M1A-Loaded

Think of all the money I can spend on this virgin. I was surprised when I went to my FFL/LGS and saw it came in this great canvas bag!
I didn't see anything about it when I ordered it from Buds Guns.
The rifle is properly lubricated and clean as a whistle. I have purchased many new guns over the years and have found them to have metal shavings/grease/residue contained within.
I am a happy guy!

Very nice i purchase the same gun but with walnut and parkerized barrel. I didn't get a fancy case like yours just a cardboard box. Mine was also very clean and well greased. Enjoy it I know I have enjoyed mine.

Black Beauty. The first thing I lost on my Scout was the rubber butt pad. Mine wanted a USGI M14 butt plate, and she gets what she wants.

The one advantage to the rubber butt is a little bit more LOP which for long arm guys like me is a boon.

I use the Limbsaver slip on small/med, that adds 1/2 inch to LOP. I like having the storage in the butt. My Bassett wrench lives there.
