I'm assuming, with those nice stands, that you leave them out of a safe and on display?

I have a safe full of rifles, and a gun cabinet full of "steal them if you want to" old shotguns, a couple of pellet guns etc. I figure a a thief will take the guns I could care less about from the "easy" gun cabinet and not bother trying to breach my safe.

In any case, great looking rifles!!

They are well secure in a safe. My hobby is making 1911 grips and I thought I would make a rifle stand for myself and a friend of mine.

Those are beautiful looking rifles! The stand you made is something else. I will have to take some pictures of mine together. Maybe the Garand, M1A, M! Carbine, 1903A3 and Krag if I can get them in a photo together. Wonder If I can also sneak in my 1863 Springfield?

Very nice.

What also impresses me is that they're on a nice wooden table. Perhaps a table I could imagine as a Library Table because these are in your study, a distinguished room of contemplation and intelligent retrospection, instead of some insipid "man cave".

If it's not, don't ruin it for me ;-)

Looks like you need to get a little mud on the tires, so to speak.
