Very nice!!! I have a standard M1A in all white stock & handguard as well. I just dirtied up the stock just handling it with dirty hands and it worked out well in the CDN arctic as we only have tons of snow and black rock ... no need for browns or greens in the camo.

That is a well done winter camo job, but it does need one thing. It needs a winter trigger and safety.

Had to wait for Ma Nature to provide suitable background. SOCOM in SAI plastic stock painted for the season.

One thing I figured out - up close details don't mean much. If you expand/zoom in on the paint you see it gets kinda rough. But from 15 feet away or more things blend together.

I only repainted it once, with coaching from the wife on the second try. Testor's paint from Hobby Lobby over rattle can white. 2 shades of gray. My inspiration for the shades was the snow leopard.
