Grew up near West Point and decided to go there this past weekend to see the excellent and free museum that they have. Weapons and ll kinds of militaria going on there. The only m14 I saw was this xm-21 built off of an TRW rifle. Threw in a couple of other pics for good measure. enjoy.
I think the pistol is a cz56?? I may be wrong, poor short term memory. was in same display as the m21. The last pic is of a piece of armor that was hit with a projectile that became embedded in it. I love that display and I always stand there for 10 minutes staring at it when I get to the museum. Pretty damn cool....imagine sitting on the other side of that! one pic of a diorama on roman siege warfare...forgot the name of the siege. various pikes, notice 1903 rod bayonet....about 25 grand on todays market.
This past weekend My family and I went to the West Point Museum.
I just thought I'd share some pics for those interested. Got a few of the XM-21 including the reciever marks as well as a ton of other weapons including some of Hitler & Goerings confiscated personal pieces.
