My M1A setup finally finished

I named her Mia-
I have spent a few months figuring things out- like the right mount, scope and cheek rest. I went through 3 different scopes and 3 different mounts, 2 different cheek rests and now here she is.. all pretty and Dad is so proud- I can wait to take her out and make her dance!

M1A Loaded
NightForce NXF 3.5-15 x 50 (MLR- MIL)
Basset mount
ARMS #22 Throw rings (med)
Desert Warrior Products Cheek Rest/riser
M1 canvas sling
GG&G HD Swivel bipod

I will always regret drilling holes in this stock- however the cheek weld is so perfect now I know I did the right thing.

Why QR rings? Isn't that the low picatinny mount you have to remove to use the irons? Just curious...

Nice looking rifle you have there why the QD rings jus wondering. And i would recomend lower rings it will help drop making it easier t zero as you wont have to adjust for the hieght as much. Just my 0.02 cents, but hope you like it.
Good Shooting.

Thanks from bonamico

I went with QD rings because I will be moving the scope from my M1A to my M6A3 (5.56) that is also why I have the Med rings.
The ARMS are nice and solid and is not easy to just "flip" to release them.
And Yes about the Bassett- that is the low one- So my irons cannot be used with it. However I like to figure things out- So when i go and sight her in I will see if I can figure a good 100m sight for the irons with the Bassett on it.
