This was my creation...I know Italy made the BM59..but this is my own creation...built to show someone that it "can" be done... I used it in a LEG MATCH..but was told ..since it was not an "ISSUE" Weapon..I couild not use it.. Shame..was punching all X's and 10's..
Didn't matter-- I won the State Championship anyway...
My grandpa back in the day told me that when he was in the Army and they had the M1 30 cal that some of the guys he knew modified their Garands to accept BAR mags. I have been wanting to see one of those mods ever since I heard that story. If you were to build one you would have my complete moral support....

It's a unique mount I found when I was concerned about the loss in accuracy of a full rail. I am 100% satisfied with this mount so far. You will need a scout hand guard to mount it though. I asked the maker if he sold a lot and he said he had sold about a hundred. Some of them to border patrol agents.

It looks like it has a good cut-out for ejection. Have you had any stove pipe/ftf/fte issues? Also, it appears to be channelled so the iron sights can still be used when the optics are removed, am I correct?

0 Stovepipes and a plenty clear view of the irons.

Here is that M1/M14 with M14 MAG

Was a job to do...but did it for kicks... Took it to a MATCH..and it punched X's and 10's..
Until the Range Master took a good look at it...and disqualified me..Was a SERVICE RIFLE ISSUE WEAPON MATCH...
I won the State Championship anyway !! Two years straight.. At the time was in UNIFORM..with a Field Artillery Battalion..
... Those Guages are direct from BERETTA.....from Maurizio..a very good friend of mine...

personal attacks like this need to be taken elsewhere.
If you need to air a grievance, please do so appropriately.
Don't highjack a thread, where the topic is "Show the pics of your rifles".

Thanks from CNelson and daniel43
