so how do you transport your rifle?

despite not correctly cutting the magazine and trigger sections tighter, the rifle doesnt move

I used and SKB case and regretted it. the Rifle got banged around but apparently not damaged. U.S. Airways handled the case too roughly in my opinion. But the SKB case is supposed to keep the rifle immobilized.

Next time I will get a pelican.

I'm going to have to invest in one of those. I have a cheap a$$ generic Doskosport hard case, a Springfield Armory soft rifle bag and a drag bag. They're Ok for short trips to the range, gunsmith, or to a buddy's house.
