Vortex warranty and customer service is second to none.
2 weeks ago I had to send my Viper PST in for repair. Turn around time was 9 days, 7 of which was transit time. I get it back on a Saturday, and spend a couple of hours meticously mounting it. Lean my National Match on a dresser next to my safe as I open the door. As I turn to grab the rifle it is 1 inch from hitting the concrete floor right on the elevation turret, which gets driven into the scope. Needless to say I cannot repeat the string of obscenities that left my mouth.
Monday I'm on the phone explaining what a donkey's back side I feel like, and Vortex says we hear stories like that often. I Box it up and ship it to them. On the repair form I mention I own 3 Vipers and 2 are MOA and the broken one is MRAD, and if it cannot be repaired would it be possible to replace it with MOA.
Email comes stating they received it, then 1/2 hour later email comes with tracking number. Call and ask if they repaired it, NO brand new MOA is on its way. New one is meticulously installed, and this time does not hit the floor.
Looking forward to Sunday because it looks like a range day. Have not shot the rifle in at least 8 months because of AR-15 build, and Ruger Precision Rifle purchase. New batch of reloads, and some quality time ahead.
