Need Rings for mark 4 4.5-14x50 w/Sadlak

Medium height rings should work. Buy medium and high see which you like the best, send the other back. I like the weaver 6 hole rings but the options are basically endless.

I had an airborne mount, same scope, and the seekins low rings worked for me. I did not have that same chassis so the lows may not work for you.

Ok. Got medium Leupold Mark 4 rings and the scope blocks the iron sights so I guess I have to decide if I want to forego irons and use a low mount or go high and be able to use the iron sights.

Only because of bad eyes do I have optics - a Sadlak Airborne, mk 4 med rings and a Leupold mr/t 1.5-5. If I remove the check riser that was so meticulously fitted and fiddle fart around I can see the irons below the rings. To me, they are non functional in this fashion. Pulling the scope and rings, the irons can be used but the rifle looks like a GIECO Lizard on a AFLAC commercial. Not very cool and a downright ugly rifle. IMO, stick with the lowest mount you can get and forget the irons until you pull it all. That's one reason why guys have a couple of rifles as once a system is designated as a shooter, you don't want to change anything. Hope this helps.

Finally got some high Mark 4 rings. Worked well as I had to move the scope back a good bit for eye relief. Able to see the irons again. Happy now!
