Parallax of the reflex sights

Having little experience with the traditional reflex sights, I have a question to the users of middle- to higher- end models: do all reflex sights demonstrate parallax, or only cheap ones like those made by NC-Star?

This is the typical reflex sight I am referring to:

When I am moving my eye up and down and left and right I can see how red dot of NC-Star sight and several cheap Chinese clones I came across is moving against the target. That happens regardless of the distance from the eye pupil to the sight mounting point.

Can users of higher end sights such as Burris, Aimpoint etc. chime in with their observations?

EDIT: Here I will start collecting parallax-free models mentioned below:
  • EOTech
  • Aimpoint
  • ACOG
  • Burris
  • SIG

I know the Aimpoint optics are parallax free after 50 meters. I believe it is the same with ACOG's as well. I've used both extensively over the years and they deliver as promised.

I am with Garrard, I have also used various EOTech sights, and none do what you describe, only the cheap ones do that.

Those NC Stars are seriously the bottom of the bottom of the barrel. I have used the Burris version of that site and it doesn't move as you describe either.
