Unfortunately, what video was taken to date hides the stock "at work", but it does well. Don't know when we'll get a chance to shoot footage of just the stock in action:

IIRC, the SOPMOD (LMT) stock isn't loose, either, but they run to the tight side on most milspec tubes. However, I have no problems with Colt or Bravo Company butt assemblies either- they have a little play but nothing objectionable.
PRS stock is not compatible with the carbine type extention, regardless, so that's not an option when using the Enidine. (Had to check the Magpul website, as I don't have one, but it seemed amiss, somehow!)
PRS utilizes the rifle tube and is rotationally secured by the recess in the AR-type receiver.
FELT recoil is definitely reduced, even in semi-auto. Think "AR15 lightweight carbine" recoil level. Recovery time is reduced. "Shoot all day in a T-shirt comfortably" kind of reduced. I tweaked the workings of my "Frankenstock" for several years in semi, BEFORE doing select fire tests. It's particularly nice when used with lighter weight rifle configurations.
More effective than a muzzle brake, overall. Together- well, you just gotta try it!GI6
In the traditional target shooting standing position you will still rock back a bit, mostly due to the fact that the moment arm from the butt to your shoe soles is pretty large.
It doesn't eliminate the total rearward force, but spreads it out over time.
I may try one, just not sure I want to add 1/2 pound to my rifle in the name of recoil reduction. I guess I feel I could add a recoil reducer inside the extension tube without letting my scope get any closer to my eye...
Indeed I did. I know a 1/2 pound doesn't sound like much, but when I'm replacing my scope, rings and base to lose a 1/2 pound I'd prefer not to get it back. Who knows, I may pick one up and try it out later when I switch to a standard weight barrel.
