New from NE

Hi to all on this forum...

I am thinking of buying a new unfired M1A that was made in 2013. Was trying to find info on whether or not there would be problems with that year of production. Were they made in China or US? So far, it's the mim extractor that needs a backup. Anything else?

Of course, the more I read here, the more I want to get one. With all this great info here, I signed up as a member. Hope to learn all I can from the rest of you.

All Springfield M1A's are all built in the US of A.

Well... I told the seller I'd take it! Hopefully will be picking it up later in the week.

I'm going to be a new owner of an M1A and know pretty much nothing about them. Seller says it's unfired! From the pics I think he's telling the truth. What kind of things would you be checking at the sale if you were the person buying it? I know one thing would be the bore... What else?

Thanks from Wasted ammo
