Yes, I was one of them dumb kids that rode a bicycle over the Robert Moses Causeway bridge (illegal and quite dangerous, for those unaware) to go hang out at the Fire Island Lighthouse (before it was restored and it just sat there abandoned) to drink beer.
Lol, I was one of the dum kids from Bay Shore that jumped off the draw bridge than hitch hiked to field 5.

Welcome

Welcome to the forum from Pennsylvania.

Best Tip for M14 owners from New York:

Get out while you still can.
A Pennsylvania refugee is better than a New York gun owner.

My friends keep asking me when I'm "moving back home". Fact is; I can't. I left New York as a Long Islander. If I move back, I'd be a felon.

About 75% of the weapons I own are banned in N.Y. and I know myself, I'd bring 'em with me.
