Welcome back to the woods. I was stationed in AZ for a few years and while it does have a beauty of it's own I always missed my home in the north woods. Once in awhile my wife does hear me threatening to go back there when the snow blower won't start and it's -10F outside. Look forward to your input here and enjoy the winter!

FINALLY GOT CATARACT SURGERY!!!

COPD made winter into a hell, and I have to learn to challenge myself and the elements less.

However, I can now focus on the front sight and "see through" and picture a target.

Have been accumulating ammo and dumping "junque" for months in anticipation of doing some shooting again.

Older, weaker, shakier, I now have far fewer excuses.

But sometime in the next few weeks a safari to the range begins.

Thanks from Deacon, nf1e and WaM14gunner
