| New SAI M1A owner in Central Florida
Hi. I've been lurking for a few months here, learning as much as I can. I just got my brand new M1A, and it has been interesting getting to know this rifle. I have completely dissasembled and reassembled it a few times now, and had to relieve the reciever for the bolt roller because mine was definately hitting (Thanks for the guide, Tonyben). Mine is a standard (MA9102) wood model, which I like. Serial No: 294XXX Also, I shimmed the gas cylinder (Thanks for the info, Gus), and checked that all is o.k with the tilt tests. I also want to thank Randy at Treeline for the various small USGI parts I already swapped out. Hopefully, I can get out to shoot in a couple of weeks.

Welcome from Tampa. If you've already found Tonyben's videos, you're well on your way.

Thanks again guys. Pics will follow after my first shoot. I'll probably go to Strickland Range in Daytona for that.

Welcome!
I lived in Ocoee and worked in Winter Garden back in the 80's.
This is a great place to lurk and learn!
