newbie from va

new to the forum ,cut my teeth on the m14 with a fed ordnance 14a and looking to upgrade,i have been surfing the site and grateful for the wealth of knowlegde and friendliness of the users. i have 16 + acers here where the deer and the turkey roam , but no formal training in proper shooting technique,but have been collecting and shooting for 30 yrs

Howdy and welcome aboard the M-14 forum. You've come to the right place to learn what to do when it comes to all things M-14.

I too live on 16+ acres of woods with deer and turkey. I have my own 100 yard range where I can shoot whenever I feel like it. I live in a log house that I built myself back in the late 70s and I love living out in the woods...
