Her behavior is an infectious disease with her other shipmates and frankly her attitudes, thinking, etc. should have been discovered before this happened and disciplined accordingly. I don't like what athletes are doing, but to have this happen with a member of Armed Services is intolerable. You can make a safe bet that some Officers are being grilled as to why this attitude/behavior was not detected early on and unfortunately they will be disciplined worse than the individual behaving in such a manner. I freely and gladly pay my tax dollars to support those in the Service, but certainly don't want any of my money spent on feeding, clothing, housing, training, etc. of this low life.

Thanks from nf1e, speerchucker, XM25Ren and 2 others

You guys are way too harsh.
This is a learning opportunity for her. A few decades of cleaning toilets with a toothbrush followed by peeling potatoes, dish washing, and both raising and lowering the colors properly every day would make her into a good housewife for someone.

Sometimes I wonder if we need a better screening process to keep people like this out of the service in the first place. Also if you kick her out will she be eligible for any G.I. benefits?

Should be treated as treason. Enough said.

I would be proud to baby sit her in prison for 10+ years. I wouldn't want to be a C/O at a female prison though *puke*. Nuts and butts is bad enough but the stories I have heard from other officers about female prisons is enough for me to stay far FAR away. But yeah send her to prison and charge her a $10,000+ dollar fine. Oh and no GainTime or good behavior adjustment either and she would be exempt from any and all programs too.

.....and for a thankless (expletive deleted) like her, my ancestors of a century and a half ago, along with THREE QUARTERS OF A MILLION OTHERS like them, fought AGAINST the Confederacy and were killed or maimed for life. I have to ask myself.....WHY did they even bother??

Thanks from racer and tomdokulil

Dishonorable discharge would be the only acceptable route for me. No benefits. No more living on our tax dollars. I disagree with others, completely, on their non severe punishments of various types of labor intensive activities.

Today it was disrespecting our nation, tomorrow it will be mutiny/refusal to follow orders in a dangerous situation. Because it might be against "her people". We have no room for that in our armed services.

I covered this in the other thread but in case anyone missed it.
Let's all take a moment to read the third stanza and discuss what it means.
Quote:
And where is that band who so vauntingly swore,
That the havoc of war and the battle’s confusion
A home and a Country should leave us no more?
Their blood has wash’d out their foul footstep’s pollution.
No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave,
And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

DAMN RIGHT! This type of behavior can lead to mutiny. She should CERTAINLY be dealt with very harshly and swiftly, lest it spread like a virus. She should at least be booted, handed a DD, and be rendered ineligible for a position at the government trough.

Thanks from tomdokulil

This is just a symptom of the disease!

Our country is being dismantled by design. Step back and look at the big picture. It's been happening for years! Particularly the last 15!

God Bless America!

Anyone remember the Soul Brothers movement in Viet Nam?
That was a good example of letting this crap get out of control.

Yes Sir!.....and there are a few members of this forum who are guilty of having the mindset of dismantling by that design....some posts on another recent thread totally disgust me....facts or no facts the comments are revolting......and from members who have no idea what they are saying.....just spewing a soft feel sorry for liberal mindset.....
