Sage ebr colors and wait time?

So I've recently started looking for a sage ebr chassis/stock. I know Clyde Armory is pretty much the exclusive distributor for other colors other than black. Plus their prices are great.
Anyhow does any one know the typical wait time for them to get more in stock? I really would like the Navy Seal Grey.

Thanks

Try calling Sage's SALES department directly as sometimes they'll give you a heads up. Nothing real specific based on my experience, but it's worth a try. The retailers for very tight lipped for some reason.

I agree they're so hard to get your hands on that I actually purchased more than I needed late last year! Going to put two Black M14ALCS and one black M14ALCS/CV up for sale soon.

I emailed sage directly. They said the next 1-2 months for Clydes to get them in. But they were not specific on which colors. They also said they only sell the back and Clydes had exclusive rights to all other colors. (I was surprised at that)
Are your stocks New? I'd be interested in a mod 0. If I can't find a NSG here in the next week or two.

Yes, the three black units that I will have for sale are all new with no usage or wear marks! I'll post the M14ALCS/CV in the PX first with all accessories and give an option of full or milled cover. I'll then post a M14ALCS with milled cover. The third one will also be a M14ALCS, but the cover will be whatever the buyer of the M14ALCS/CV does not choose. The buyer(s) can also ask Sage for a swap on the cover if they change their mind. I'll get the first two units posted late this week if you're interested.

Yes Sir,
Shoot me a message when you post them. I'll be interested in the ALCS if I do not hear anything back from sage and/or Clydes.

Thanks

I saw you posted on another discussion I commented on; do you know how often they produce/ship the chassis?
I'm not sure what's harder, finding an ebr or getting a bottle of Pappy lol

From the consumers point of view there's no rhyme or reason as to Sage's production cycle. They seem to have times when every employee is on deck because they have a major government contract. No civilian activity at all during those times which is 100% understandable. What I've observed over the last few years are small batches being shipped out at random times. I waited 8 months last year for one NSG unit. The only advice I can give you is if there's a specific model you want you've just got to check the correct retailer each and every day. Crazy to be honest!

I was under the impression that Govt. contracts for these NSG stocks were long since dead! Maybe I'm wrong....

I think that's correct! The point was that when they have government "stuff" to do everything else is put on hold.

I'm trying to decide if I should just go with the black and paint it. Is there anything special other than the color about the NSG?

I have, they just want about 100 more than anywhere else for them and charge a premium to ship.
