M14 EBR using a Marlin 60

Just finished gutting it. 75% done.

Still need to do:
Cut out the ejection port
Add epoxy putty to secure the action
Add epoxy putty to bed the barrel
Drill a hole through the buffer in the action
Tap a hole in the M14 action to secure it.
Pin the M14 magazine to the M14 magwell
Add M14 scope rail
Reconnect the action and trigger housing

Will likely put up the M14 EBR chassis (without the firearm) on gunbroker when I'm done with this.

Is that a real EBR stock, and a real M14 receiver? Or did you use something else like the airsoft one?

no way im using a real EBR stock.

this is a full metal $150 airsoft stock made by Echo 1. im real curious if this is a 1:1 scale on the real thing. would love to put this side by side and take a pic.

i did another M14 EBR using a Ruger 10/22.


Here's the other Ruger 10/22 version using a M14 EBR front end and a Archangel M1A stock

ive done over 30 different stocks of centerfire replicas using a .22 action/barrel

thanks. ya this looks better than the Ruger 10/22 version because i think the Marlin 60 has that tube which looks like a gas block.

Interesting concept and great job in doing so. I have seen another build using a 10/22 ruger barrel action in a Sage EBR somewhere in another forum elsewhere. Hmmm?....... will to see if I saved a bookmark on it.
