Used to be if you wanted a rail you'd have to order it from sprinfield as a 'cluster rail', but no longer. You can order direct from vltor.
Seeing how they are USGI fiberglass, I would personnally fire a few "seater" rounds to settle the action back into the stock before attempting to get good groups...
