Not trying to bag on the pictures, but I don't understand the suppressor/flash hider/glass breaker. Isn't a major function of a suppressor to eliminate flash, taking away the need for a FH?

| Flash Hider
Good Afternoon gentlemen,
Most importantly, congratulations to Juggernaut for the courage to innovate and some good press to go with it!
Secondly, I would like to respectfully answer Lurker01 in regards to his question on the Flash hider attached to a suppressor.
In short Mr lurker is correct, the priority in my opinion also, of a suppressor is visual signature mitigation over sound mitigation. Logic being sound gives you a 2 to 10 general direction of fire at best, flash gives you an exact target to engage.
With this in mind, the first round fired through a suppressor ignites the oxygen inside the device causing a flash several times larger than without a suppressor. After the first round and during sustained fire this is no longer an issue, until of course you stop firing long enough for the device to fill with oxygen again. Once again huge flash.
Call it a grunts solution, ugly, over the top, all the above, they are all true! That being said the first round flash with the OSS Suppressor is less than an A2 flash hider on an M4. A significant tactical advantage at night, its always good when your first round isn't your last because you just drew a ton of fire.
I personally Like a glass break device for anything urban and the ability to encourage those who fail to listen to commands with a muzzle suggestion. So we put all 3 into one unit that can be removed from the suppressor as the mission dictates.
Yes I'm a suppressor super freak, that's my job. I'm sure you guys will destroy me with M14 knowledge, looking forward to learning.
Best Regards, thanks for the welcome notifications,
OSS
