I am one of the older ones at 70,
did army basic in 1960 went into AIT on my 19th birthday.
Everything we were issued was from WW2 or Korea including the food.
I even trained on the Browning 1917 watercooled mg in AIT.

I must say that I am proud to be one of us young bucks carrying on the tradition.
I am 34 and have a love for the M14 which will never die.
Thank you to all of you that served before and to all that will serve after all of us.
