I agree, but these fellows offered several options in pistol calibers. I have coveted their .45 ACP varient for some time. Not necessarily the same old boring ARs.

As others elsewhere have said,
"Stand by to watch the market contract and contract HARD!"
Going to be a lot of mergers, buyouts and closures as the market corrects itself.

I agree the market is way over-saturated.

It's become harder and harder for any Manufacturer to really stand out from the crowd.

It's all about Marketing today.

Generating a 'Buzz!' On Social Media...that's the modern equivalent of the old saying---Sell The Sizzle! Not The Steak!

So, the guys who are 'creative' enough to keep their products constantly in the spotlight as the Newest and Hottest and Tacti-Coolest M-Forgery Gimmick Anywhere! (Availability Limited! Order Now!) may succeed whereas the old-school, 'let the product speak for itself' manufacturers will likely fade a-w-a-y...

Thanks twice, the hell with AR makers. Ammo is my biggest cost.

Never owned any of their AR products, but the M1A sitting next to me has a USGI SGW/Olympic Arms NM barrel installed, so I'm wiping away a tear.

Wouldn't we all.
It is promising to see more and more bulk packaged .22LR hitting the shelves, even if it is $0.06-0.08 per round.

Just a side note...but some early Olympic AR's had problems...and in the firearms business, that can't always be easily overcome.
Even if the problems are fixed and the company moves onward and upward(no longer Boring!)gun guys will still be saying 20 years later---

Oh Yeah...OLYMPIC!!! They Got Issues!
