SAI is now in the AR game?

Sorry if this has been posted before (didn't see it anywhere) but got an email from SAI today introducing their new AR type rifle which they call the Saint.

Looks like a nice AR with some Bravo Company furniture, may be worth a look for someone looking to get an AR at a pretty decent price.

That's the same price you can spend for a Colt LE6920... big gamble to take for a new product, in my opinion.

Oh good another AR in the market,

like having 83,976 flavors of vanilla,

or my wife's 216 names and shades of red lipstick.

Looks like it has some good features. If it has the warranty that would definitely make it interesting. The price is not bad for today's market.

It comes with good aftermarket furniture for the price point. MSRP is $900 but I bet they'll be selling for like $799. The BCM equipment alone is probably a $200 value. SAI doesn't sell junk guns. I like it.

Yawn, yet another AR. I really have to wonder why they market it with a standard A-frame front sight, rather than a freefloat handguard and a low profile gas block. Guess that will be the 'new, enhanced Saint-plus!'

Awards Showcase

A piston 308 would have more interest.

Nice looking rifle but they still all look alike. Bravo Co furniture helps and it should have a future, But I will stick with my DD4M7

Bunch of Debbie downers in here. I'm excited to get my hands on one. Good for SAI, finally getting into the AR market. I'd take one over an overpriced Colt any day.

And save that shipping box! It may be worth a lot to a collector someday!

Another AR, how sad, quaint and lame, enter it into a crowed field. If SAI had brought this to the US market

http://www.hs-produkt.hr/proizvodi/vhs/

I would have gladly given them some more of my money, but they get nothing from me for an AR.

Thanks from Snyper762 and Diablo Gato
