Some nice rifles here.

Mine, a Colt LE6920 with removable from BUIS, whatever it's called, factory carry handle. After first 2 range trips I added a Geissele SSA and BCM Med. Latch charging stick as I had the money then. I had fired several brands and parts kit made AR's and M4's owned by a group of great guys at Gibson's Outpost here in north Texas. I read, tried, asked what I could think of knowing the final tie breaker would be off the off the knowledge in this Forum with attn. to price spread between brands. Rifle, trigger, charging handle every one on advice of guys here. As usual, all Home Runs. Never thought I'd own a blakgun. Actually used to have a distaste for them until I fired them. Now I love this Colt. Bought it NIB off GB in March 2015 with the seller kicking in a new Surefire 60 which worked fine the one time I tried it topped off, and a nice aftermarket h/guard that I can't id the mfg. of. It's not stamped anywhere and I went all over it with a magnifying glass. It was fine on the rifle, but removed it in favor of the stock Colt part. All for $1150. plus $35. shipping and $20. to my FFL down the block. In my estimation a good deal.

Sig Sauer M400 in 300 Blackout... maybe not my favorite just yet, but that rifle, with the carbon free float rails, has the best balance of any AR I have handled. I am very impressed by Sig's fit and finish. I have yet to shoot her! Super jazzed.

Two more favorites, my AR180 made by HOWA and a Robinson Arms M96 (Stoner clone-ish) is below it.

The Rob ARms isnt an AR but is 5.56mm and uses AR mags, plus its the only pic I have of the 180.

Swore that after buying the Ruger SR556 I did not need anymore, but old shooting buddy of mine bought from me years ago full NM A4 model using Compass Lake upper and LRB lower which I put together and he says he never shot it so I bought it back from him.
Rifle shoots very well w/ bullets from 69 SMK's to the 80gr. SMK's and RE15 powder. Barrel is SS Krieger, 7+ twist and of pre ban configuration. I tune my own triggers and breaks crisp at the desired weight of 4.5lbs. Certainly not anything close to a tactical style rifle as you could call the Ruger with all it's rails/panels, flip up sights, collapsible stock, etc., but for me it looks exactly what an AR15 rifle should look like or as some like to call them a modern sporting rifle, MSR. Semantics is the order of the day it seems.

My favorite, an A1 clone I built from the ground up, my first full build AR. I wanted something to replicate what my dad was issued before being shipped off to the southeast asia summer camp in 1968. Aside from the now sentimental value, it shoots great too. Other than the barrel and lower receiver, everything else is original colt. Hands down my favorite.
