Robertsusaf: The barrel is 7.5" long and with standard 55 grain FMJ's, I can hit a 12" plate at 300 yards all day. I haven't used any handloads or taken any real accuracy tests yet. Guess that gives me something to do next range trip!
What I have so far. The one on the left is full Bushmaster with a Daniel Defense rail. The other 2 are a hodge podge of uppers and lowers with a Slide Fire stock thrown in for good measure. Stag and PSA lowers with Del-Ton and Doublestar uppers. Rails by Troy. The goal was to assemble some parts found on a local traders site for fun at the range.

I built this rifle specifically for my 2 and 3 gun matches. I will be installing a Timney 4lb Skeletonized trigger tomorrow. Sunday will be its first outing...I can't wait to shoot her. The only thing that will change is the flash hider. I have a Benny Hill Rolling Thunder Brake, but I am waiting on it to ship (backordered). Then I think I will be done. The weight of the Precision Reflex handgaurd is freakin amazing...
colt match target lower with a DPMS upper. Magpul PMAG, CTR 6 position stock, MOE hand guard, B.A.D lever, EoTech XPS holographic sight, Troy Industries back up micro rear battle sight, Spikes Tactical heavy buffer, and a Pierce Grip adaptor with Smith and Wesson 1911 goncalo alves grips.
These sights are getting replaced with Knights Armorment micro flip up front and rear
With the M1A. I'm taking that scope off the M1A and putting it on a Remington 700 that I'm going to customize. Then I'm going to get a Horus vision Black Bird II, put it in a Q/D mount and use it on the AR and M1A
Got it at a decent price, came with 21 mags, carrying handle typical A3 for $799. plus tax and shipping! Cheap thermold mags and one p-mag.

Here is latest build updated. Preban EA lower. Everything eles is PSA,MOE and YHM. Vortex sight is great, going to get a quick detach mount for it. H3 Buffer, I experimented with different buffers and like this one the best. Less recoil and easier on brass. Green Mountain barrel is very accurate. Ill post target if you want to see it.
I am leaving this one for my sons when i retire and move from this great state of New York.
With the recent posts about 300 BLK I am very interested.
