MagPul Customer Service

I am impressed-

I just got around to testing a batch of gen 1 Pmags I bought way back when they first came out, 3 ran 1 wouldnt, it was just finicky, fed funny and low etc

I called MagPul and they didnt care how old it was or why i took so long to get to them, they said they would drop a replacement in the mail ASAP, no muss no fuss.

Never had an issue w/ a Pmag before, and they made it right effortlessly when I did, Awesome!

Thanks from tonyben

I like Magpul stuff. I just wish they would come out with M14 mags.

I seem to remember them covering that years ago, they couldnt make them work w/o a steel liner uptop because of how the front of the mag locks in, too much stress for just a polymer mag, and then no room for polymer up there so they passed

That basically what i seem to recall

I can say that I'm not surprised, I had a CTR stock that I oredered from a retailer and come to find out it was the wrong one (commercial instead of mil-spec) and they traded me for the correct one without any issue.

They do have outstanding CS. If I could add something to the wish list it would be as Tonyben said M14 mags and AR 15 pmags in ten rounds for those of us that still fall under the AWB.

Just curious, what might be so difficult to enhance their magazines with reinforcement areas, where steel is used to fit M1A's/M14's?

room in the magwell and for the ammo, the same reason many Polymer mags werent so great up until the PMags, not enough room for metal of adequate strength and polymer, inserts sorta worked but were less than ideal, thats my understanding
