I've owned both. I recommend the T1.

Also, be sure to try out the 4MOA and 2MOA dots and see what you prefer. I don't like the 4 MOA because I find it annoying to use when shooting beyond 100 yds. The 2 MOA is much easier to use out to 300 yds.

Another vote here for Micro T-1, Eotech's are great for CQB but I never liked shooting out farther than 50 yards with it (personal preference).

I own both. I like both. But if I could have only one type I would go with the T-1.

I like its light weight and slim profile. Good battery life. It seems better built too. My EOs are a little sketchy on tracking sight adjustments.

I still like the EO though, but primary in a "fun gun" application like on my 9mm AR carbine.

Please note that the T-1 has a wider operating range regarding cold/heat and withstands submersion better then the H-1.

If this is not a concern it is a great buy :)
